We’ve passed Olive Café many times walking from Lechmere in between buses and meals. Due to the T running late today, I would have walked past it again had it not been our destination.
The menu options range from specialty salads and wraps to pizza and calzones. The barbecue and five cheese pizzas were tempting, but we went with the classic cheese. I managed to turn it into a two cheese with some parmesean cheese. I don’t think I can justly judge the tastiness of a cheese slice on its own because I piled the parmesean on. However, it was tasty and I enjoyed the super thin crust and what native cheese I could taste. The pizza seasoning also shone through without being overpowering. Service was friendly and all of the prices were reasonable if not great deals. I feel like I need to go back and get something with olives.
