I can clue you in to exactly what went into this pizza: Pillsbury thin crust pizza dough, Ragu Traditional sauce, Tropical Queso de Papa Longhorn cheese, and some mysterious “pizza seasoning.” You could call it semi-homemade or fully-home-assembled.
Pillsbury thin crust is our go to dough when making pizza. It has a slight biscuity taste but would never be mistaken for a roll of any kind. I like the longhorn cheese because it has more of a bite than your run of the mill mozzarella but not as much as cheddar. Finally, never question Ragu or magical pizza seasoning.
Cut into four slices, the pizza is plenty for two people. Our dough was the majority of a package from which we stole for a previous homemade dinner I will leave you to guess about. Think hotdogs. I’ve said too much.
